Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent acquisition, with expertise in managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strategic sourcing abilities, and a thorough understanding of employment laws and HR systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies utilizing social media management tools.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for roles within the organization.
- Negotiate employment terms and contracts while ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates through relationship management techniques and cold calling when necessary.
- Coordinate employee orientation sessions, onboarding procedures, and employee evaluations to ensure seamless integration into the organization.
- Utilize research skills to identify talent pools and generate lead opportunities for hard-to-fill positions.
- Stay current on industry best practices in talent acquisition, including succession planning and training & development initiatives.
Skills
- Proven expertise in recruiting across various channels including internal recruiting, campus recruitment, executive recruiting, and social media platforms.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices.
- Proficiency in HR sourcing techniques including cold calling, research methods, and lead generation strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
