The Role
IF YOU ARE A JOB HOPPER, THEN DO NOT APPLY-YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED!!
We are seeking a Residential HVAC/R Service Technician who takes pride in their work, values professionalism, and wants to be part of a team that respects the trade.
In this role, you will service, troubleshoot, and repair heating and air conditioning systems for residential clients—many of whom have trusted us for over 10 years. You’ll be expected to deliver high-quality work, maintain strong customer relationships, and contribute to a positive team environment.
This position offers a clear advancement path for technicians who demonstrate leadership, reliability, and strong performance.
Why You Should Apply
If you’re a technician who takes pride in your work, wants to be respected for your skill, and is looking for a company that actually invests in your future and is developing a culture —this is a place where you can grow.
We believe great technicians deserve:
- Real pay that reflects real skill
- Leadership that understands the trade
- Training that actually builds ability (not just time spent in the field)
- A clear path forward, not a career dead end
- Be a member of a culture not just a job
At Springs Heating & Cooling, your effort directly impacts your opportunities. As the company grows, we are intentionally promoting from within and creating leadership roles for technicians who show consistency, professionalism, and drive.
We are not looking for short-term hires—we are building a long-term culture team. If you want stability, growth, and a place where your work actually matters, we’d like to talk with you.
Who We Are
Springs Heating & Cooling is a fast-growing HVAC company on a mission to scale to $10M and beyond—and we’re building that growth with the right people, not just more people.
We are proudly family owned and operated. We are not private equity backed, and we are not run by corporate executives sitting in offices far removed from the field. Our company was built
by tradespeople who have lived the work, solved the problems, and understand what it takes to succeed on a service call, in a mechanical room, or on a difficult install.
That hands-on foundation shapes everything we do—from how we treat our technicians to how we interact with our customers.
Our founder comes directly from the trade and still carries that mindset into leadership every day. He understands the pressure of the job, the importance of good tools and support, and what it feels like to be a technician who just wants to be respected, trained properly, and paid fairly for the work they do.
As we grow, we are intentional about protecting that culture. We don’t want to become a large, impersonal company where technicians feel like a number. Instead, we’re building a team where people are known, supported, and given real opportunities to advance.
We also service long-standing residential customers who have trusted us for years. That stability allows us to focus on quality work, strong relationships, and long-term success—not just short-term volume.
When you join Springs Heating & Cooling, you’re not stepping into “just another HVAC job.” You’re joining a company that is actively building its next generation of leaders, investing in skilled tradespeople, and creating a path for technicians who want more than just a paycheck.
