DCM Group is seeking a dependable, motivated, and skilled Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs at a portfolio of commercial office, retail, industrial, and medical properties throughout the St. Louis area.

professionally with tenants and clients, and is committed to providing nd a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Essential Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections of commercial properties.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, doors, locks, ceiling tiles, drywall, flooring, and other building components.
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors when specialized repairs are required.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and recommendations for future repairs.
- Identify potential maintenance issues before they become major repairs.
- Operate company vehicles safely while traveling between assigned properties.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety policies.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial maintenance experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building maintenance.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial building systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Computerized Work Order Systems
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
