KMW Loaders is growing — and our Accounting team needs a detail-driven Accounts Receivable Clerk to help keep that growth on solid financial footing. If you take pride in accurate invoicing, enjoy the satisfaction of a clean aging report, and can hold a firm, professional line on collections without losing a customer relationship, this is your seat.
You'll own the full cash-to-invoice cycle: billing customers accurately, applying payments, chasing down the occasional stubborn balance, and reconciling accounts so month-end close goes smoothly.
Billing & Invoicing
✓ Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices on schedule.
✓ Process credit memos, adjustments, and billing corrections.
✓ Keep customer account records current in the ERP system.
Collections & Reconciliation
✓ Monitor AR aging and follow up on past-due balances — professionally, persistently.
✓ Apply payments accurately and resolve short-pays or unapplied cash.
✓ Reconcile the AR subledger to the general ledger each month.
This is an office-based role at our Sterling, KS facility, with occasional trips to the production floor to coordinate with Shipping or Production.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Associate's degree preferred, not required
- 1–3 years AR/billing experience
Technical Skills
- Comfortable in Excel & ERP systems
- Accurate 10-key data entry
- Working knowledge of accounts receivable, billing, and cash application processes
