Join Our Early Years Team as an Assistant Teacher!
Do you have a passion for working with young children and a heart for helping them grow and thrive? We’re looking for a warm, dependable, and energetic Assistant Teacher to join our Early Years program and support our vibrant, play-based, and inquiry-driven classroom environment.
In this role, you’ll be a valued partner to the Lead Teacher—helping to create a safe, nurturing, and joyful space where little learners can explore, discover, and shine.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily routines such as snack time, diapering, and transitions
- Support the Lead Teacher with classroom activities and instruction
- Engage in meaningful play that supports early development
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and child-centered classroom
- Contribute to daily reports and communicate positively with families
- Promote a warm, inclusive atmosphere where every child feels safe and valued
