What You’ll Do
As an RN, you’ll provide skilled, hands-on care directly in patients’ homes while helping them recover and maintain independence.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care, including medication administration and wound care
- Create and update individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on care and recovery
- Coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Document all care accurately and timely

Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license (Florida)
- 1+ year of Medicare home health or related experience
- Strong clinical and documentation skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- CPR certification
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with OASIS, SOC, ROC documentation
- Experience with EMR system Axxess or Kinnser
- Wound care, trach care, or ostomy management experience
