Location: Minneapolis, MN
Wage: $20.00/hr.
Hours: 1st Shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday (30-minute lunch)

Duties of the building maintenance technician:
- Perform general facility maintenance, light building repairs, and routine preventative upkeep
- Execute room setups and tear-downs for meetings, events, and facility activities
- Assist with outdoor groundskeeping, seasonal property upkeep, and exterior building maintenance
- Receive incoming deliveries and supplies while assisting with inventory organization and staging
Requirements of the building maintenance technician:
- Previous experience in building maintenance, facility upkeep, groundskeeping, or commercial custodial work
- Physical capability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver heavy materials, furniture, and maintenance equipment
- Comfortability performing active, hands-on work both indoors and outdoors throughout the day
- Experience utilizing basic hand and power tools for light building maintenance
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
