We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Full-Time Sales Consultant / Retail Sales Associate to join our team in California.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Help customers find products and provide personalized recommendations
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation
- Operate POS system and process transactions accurately
- Provide product information and answer customer questions
- Support sales goals through upselling and cross-selling
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Experience & Skills:
- Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic math skills for transactions
- Bilingual (English + Chinese ) strongly preferred
Employment & Schedule:
- Full-time, non-exempt (overtime according to law)
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Employees will receive legally required meal and rest breaks
Salary & Benefits:
- $20-$26/hour + commission
