About Us
Learners of Allegiance Childcare is a family-centered childcare program dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. We are seeking a reliable, caring, and energetic Lead Childcare Teacher to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities.
- Foster positive social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress and daily activities.
- Follow all Wisconsin DCF licensing regulations and program policies.
- Assist with meal times, nap times, and daily routines.
- Complete required documentation and reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous childcare experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Wisconsin DCF regulations preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Ability to pass required background checks.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be dependable, professional, and passionate about working with children.
