Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations and provide accurate information regarding room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing cash handling procedures accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel services to enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of hospitality management.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on guest relations and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a resort environment.
