What Is a Switch Position Team Member?
You are an important part of the restaurant and the guest experience.
This role rotates between:
- Front Counter: Greeting guests, taking orders, and handling payments
- Food Line: Preparing and assembling burritos, bowls, tacos, salads, and other menu items with speed and accuracy
- Front of House: Keeping the dining room, drink station, and guest areas clean and welcoming
- Prep & Stocking: Making sure the line and restaurant are prepared for the next rush
You’ll be trained to work across these areas so you can confidently support the team wherever you’re needed.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be 18 years old or above.
- Spanish speaking is a preferred skill, but not required.
- Show up on time and take responsibility for your shifts.
- Treat teammates and guests with kindness and respect.
- Care about cleanliness, food safety, and doing things the right way.
- Stay calm, friendly, and focused during busy rushes.
- Be willing to learn, accept feedback, and continue improving.
- Work well as part of a team.

What You’ll Be Trained To Do
You’ll receive structured, hands-on training from our team, including:
- Customer service and hospitality
- Cash handling and register systems
- Food preparation, assembly, portioning, and quality standards
- Food safety and sanitation
- Teamwork and communication
You’ll have the training and support you need to succeed. Once trained, we expect you to take pride in your work and consistently meet our standards.
