Description:
Branch Manager V is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a large full-service branch office, including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security in accordance with the Bank's objectives. This position:

Develops new deposit and loan business.

Provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.

Achieves individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships.
- Provides leadership, training and supervision within the branch.

Ensures compliance with Bank policies and procedures.
- Participates in community activities to increase the Bank's visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities.
- Typically can originate and provide limited approval of all types of loans, including commercial, mortgage, and installment loans.
- This sized branch typically has loans and deposits combined totaling over $75 million and a larger staff.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent

7+ years branch management and consumer lending experience

Demonstrated Teller, CSR and/or Loan Officer experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and other technology tools

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
