Sierra Crest Business Law Group is seeking a motivated, high-performing Inside Sales Representative to drive business growth through consultative B2B sales.
In this role, you’ll work directly with business owners, executives, and decision-makers to identify challenges, present solutions, and convert qualified opportunities into long-term clients. This is a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales role focused on relationship-building, pipeline management, and revenue generation.
We are looking for someone who is competitive, coachable, resilient, and motivated by performance and earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities
- Conduct phone and in-person sales consultations with prospective clients
- Build, manage, and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to drive conversions
- Educate business owners on firm services and value propositions
- Close high-value engagements and meet revenue targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline stages, and activity tracking
- Collaborate with legal and operations teams for seamless onboarding
- Represent the firm at networking and business development events
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs, conversion goals, and activity metrics
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Strong consultative selling and closing skills
- Experience managing pipelines and follow-up cadence
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
- CRM experience preferred (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clio Grow, etc.)
- Excellent communication, objection-handling, and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and urgency
