In this dynamic role, you will oversee administrative functions, coordinate schedules, manage vendor relationships, and support the overall excellence of our ballet programs. Responsibilities
- Managing daily school operations, communications, enrolment including front desk duties, and client communication to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Serving as a primary point of contact for students, families faculty and visitors.
- Coordinating schedules, class rosters, staffing, substitutes, attendance and payroll hours. .
- Supporting student placement and level advancement administration.
- Managing tuition-related communications and administrative records.
- Coordinating the annual recital and other school events.
- Overseeing office and facility needs, supplies vendors and studio rentals.
- Maintaining the BCH website, social media newsletters and promotional communications.
- Planning ahead and identifying operational needs before they become problems.
- Hours are approximately 2:30pm-9:30pm Monday-Thursday with additional Friday/Saturday hours a few times per year.
Requirements:
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
- A strong communicator with excellent written and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, dependable, diplomatic and comfortable working independently.
- Proactive, resourceful, and calm in a busy environment.
- Comfortably working with children, families faculty, vendors and the public.
- Basic knowledge of ballet terminology very helpful for the operations of a ballet school.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning and using administrative software, WordPress, and social media platforms.
- Previous experience in arts administration, education, dance/ballet, school administration or similar environments is highly valued.

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
