Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
- Manage TOAST POS system for order processing, payments, and cash handling accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips.
- Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members during events like banquets or nightclub nights to deliver seamless service experiences.
- Follow all food handling procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest safety at all times.
- Assist in setting up catering or special event bars, providing tailored beverage options for diverse groups.
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with TOAST is helpful for efficient order management.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and food handling procedures within the food industry.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service.
- Experience in retail math or hospitality roles that require cash handling, cashiering, or basic math skills is advantageous.
- Background in serving diverse clientele in fast-paced environments like brewing venues or catering events enhances your suitability for this role.

Pay
This position primarily earn tips so the wages are variable depending on sales. An ideal candidate will be able to drive sales and increase their earnings in kind.
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
