Landscaper / Laborer – Full-Time The Growing Concern – Darien/Stamford, CT
The Growing Concern is a locally owned landscaping and horticulture company serving residential and commercial clients throughout Fairfield County. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team for year-round landscape maintenance and installation work.
Responsibilities
- General landscape labor: planting, mulching, edging, raking, weeding
- Lawn prep: grading, soil work, seeding, sod installation
- Shrub and tree planting; bed preparation
- Use of hand tools and small machinery
- Assist with cleanups, debris removal, and jobsite organization
- Follow instructions, work safely, and maintain a professional attitude with clients and team members
Requirements
- Prior landscaping experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Darien/Stamford
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team and follow direction
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
