Our premier, private plastic surgery practice in Manhattan is seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will work closely with our board-certified plastic surgeons to deliver exceptional, high-touch care across the entire patient journey—from initial aesthetic consultations to pre-operative preparation and post-surgical recovery. Surgical Assistance: Assist surgeons during in-office minor procedures, injectables, and laser treatments; manage sterile fields and surgical instrumentation.
Patient Continuity: Conduct pre-operative teaching, capture standardized clinical photography, and provide meticulous post-operative wound care and suture removal.
Clinical Integrity: Assess patient healing progress, manage follow-up protocols, and act as the primary clinical point of contact for patient inquiries and triage.
Aesthetic Care: Administer non-surgical treatments (microneedling, chemical peels, or energy-based devices) under physician supervision (prior experience preferred but we will train the right candidate).
Practice Compliance: Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR), oversee inventory management for surgical supplies, and uphold strict HIPAA and OSHA standards. Requirements & Qualifications:
Licensure: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York. - Education: BSN preferred, but ASN with relevant experience will be considered.
Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, dermatology/aesthetic clinics, or operating room (OR)/PACU environments.
Skills: Outstanding interpersonal communication, a polished professional demeanor, and a deep commitment to patient privacy and luxury-tier service. - Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred.
Pay: $98,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
