About the Role
As a Business Development Manager for HVAC Solutions, you will drive growth by securing new commercial and industrial partnerships while expanding our footprint within existing accounts. You will act as a strategic advisor to facility managers and property owners, delivering high-value energy solutions, building automation, and mechanical maintenance programs that optimize facility performance.
Responsibilities-
Cultivate a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic prospecting.

Conduct comprehensive site assessments, including rooftop and mechanical room inspections, to identify facility needs and improvement opportunities.

Develop and present tailored technical proposals for service agreements, retrofits, and system upgrades.

Foster long-term partnerships with key decision-makers, ranging from technical facility managers to C-suite executives.

Negotiate contract terms and project scopes to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and the organization.

Translate complex technical specifications into clear, value-driven business cases for prospective clients.
Qualifications-
5+ years of proven success in commercial HVAC service sales or related technical business development.

Strong understanding of mechanical systems and building automation principles.

Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills with a track record of closing complex deals.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
