Shifts: Mon-Fri (OT is mandatory if required)
A Shift: 6:40AM-540PM
B Shift: 7:10PM-6:10AM
Pay Rates
A Shift: $16.50/QI's $17.50/FL's
B Shift: $17.60/QI's $18.50/FL's
MUST HAVE ESD or SD Steel Toe Shoes (ESD/SD must be on the label or the outside of shoe!!!)
Summary Performs in-process and final inspections of automotive components and assemblies to ensure conformance with engineering specifications, customer standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect parts, subassemblies, and finished vehicles using gauges, calipers, CMMs, and visual methods
- Document nonconformances and initiate NCRs; disposition defective product (use-as-is, rework, scrap)
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone)
- Maintain calibration records and inspection logs in accordance with ISO/IATF 16949 requirements
- Communicate defect trends to production supervisors and quality engineers
- Audit work-in-process against control plans and inspection checklists
