Residential HVAC Service Technician
$30–$40/Hour + Uncapped Commission | Top 1% Opportunity

What You'll Do
- Minimum weekly revenue of $15,000 generated out of your truck in weekly revenue.
- Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems
- Educate homeowners on system condition, safety concerns, efficiency issues, and repair needs
- Present repair, upgrade, and replacement options in a professional and ethical manner
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call
- Build trust and create opportunities through education—not pressure
- Document findings, recommendations, and completed work in ServiceTitan
- Participate in ongoing technical and communication training
CompensationHourly Pay
- $30–$40 per hour, based on experience, technical ability, certifications, and communication skills
Commission & Incentives
- Uncapped commission opportunities

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift equipment and perform physical job duties
- ServiceTitan experience preferred but not required
Performance Expectations
This position includes performance standards, KPIs, and ongoing training requirements. Successful technicians are expected to:
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction scores
- Follow company processes and service procedures
- Present repair and replacement options when appropriate
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication
- Participate in weekly training and development activities
