Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Non-licensed Insurance Advocate to join our team! Duties
- Engage with prospective and existing clients through sales efforts.
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored insurance solutions in health, life, property, casualty.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client information to recommend appropriate benefits and coverage options
- Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting with benefits administration
- Support the sales team in achieving targets through communication skills and outreach efforts in diverse communities
Experience
- Proven experience in Insurance, sales or retail environments with a focus on customer relationship building
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
- Familiarity with insurance practices, including benefits administration and telemarketing techniques
- Knowledge of health, life, and commercial insurance concepts is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for candidates eager to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems for effective sales administration
