As a Line Cook, you will help create delicious meals for our guests while maintaining high standards for quality, cleanliness, and food safety. Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present menu items efficiently with consistency and quality
- Follow recipes, control portions, and maintain proper presentation
- Handle food safely while following proper hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
- Keep work stations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas clean and organized.
- Work together with the kitchen team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Help create a positive, respectful, and team-focused kitchen environment.
Experience & Requirements
- Previous restaurant or line cook experience is preferred, but not required.
- Experience with food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen tools, food preparation, and safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen while paying attention to details.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well with others.
- Experience with menu preparation or catering is a plus.
