Florida Cars Center is looking for a driven, customer-focused Car Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity — you'll be the only salesperson on our lot, meaning every walk-in, every call, and every online lead is yours. No competing with a big sales floor for customers or commissions.
We're a well-established used car dealership in a prime, high-traffic Orlando location, backed by excellent customer reviews that keep buyers coming back and referring friends and family. Our reputation does a lot of the selling for you — you just need to close.
What you'll do:
- Greet and assist every customer who visits the lot, by phone, or online — you'll own the full sales process from first contact to delivery
- Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and value to match customer needs
- Guide customers through financing and paperwork alongside our team
- Follow up on leads and maintain relationships for repeat and referral business
- Help keep the lot and vehicle listings organized and presentable
What we're looking for:
- Previous car sales or retail sales experience preferred, but motivated candidates will be considered
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter who can manage a full pipeline independently
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, given our diverse Orlando customer base
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Compensation:
- 100% commission-based pay — top performers earn based on their own effort and results, with no cap on earning potential
