The Role
Baristas at Lever Coffee focus on crafting excellent coffee, delivering genuine hospitality, and contributing to a welcoming café environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve handcrafted espresso and coffee drinks to Lever standards
- Dial in espresso and follow recipes to ensure consistency and quality
- Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive customer service
- Answer guest questions about coffee, brewing methods, and menu offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and café
- Support teammates during busy service and communicate clearly
- Operate POS and handle transactions accurately
- Follow food safety and health guidelines

Previous barista experience is welcomed, but we’re also open to training someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about coffee.
