Responsibilities
- 8+ yrs as Robotics Engineer, the person will be doing the following Activities:
- Execute Project activities such as Plant Investigation, feasibility study, Developmental Engineering (Interference-Clearance analysis, Weld Spot distribution to all robots meeting the cycle time, Problem tracking chart creation and providing multiple solutions)
- specification Writing (Equipment Specifications, Robot Specifications, Process Specifications).
- Robots reach study (Robotic Simulation for various Weld, Sealing, Handling processes)
- Knowledge about Weld, Paint and Final Assembly process
- Provide engineering support for introducing new car models on a running line, Production Ramp-up for an existing line based on market demand and Line Innovation/Renovation.
- Good project management skills & onsite-offshore coordination skills
Software: MUST - 3DX (Robotic Simulation), Delmia V5 Preferable
Pay: $90.00 - $95.00 per year
