Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented carpenter to help build decks, porches, and outdoor living spaces. The ideal candidate has hands-on construction experience, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in building and installing custom decks, porches, railings, and related structures
- Read and follow construction plans/blueprints
- Operate power tools and equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Communicate effectively with the team and project manager
Qualifications:
- Previous carpentry or construction experience preferred (deck experience a plus)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Reliable transportation to job sites around the Twin Cities metro area
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
