Temple College is seeking qualified industry professionals to serve as Adjunct Industrial Trainers supporting Construction Technology Workforce Programs under the TRUE Grant initiative. This position delivers classroom and hands-on instruction in Construction Management, Electrical, Plumbing, and/or HVAC systems. This program is grant-funded. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES Associates degree or Industry credential/license in Construction, Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC
Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience
Hands-on technical experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree or higher
Teaching or training experience
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION Knowledge:
Knowledge of construction systems, Electricity, Plumbing, HVAC systems, and safety standards.
Skills:
Strong communication and instructional skills.
Abilities:
Ability to deliver hands-on training.
Working Conditions
Classroom and lab environments may require evening/weekend work.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, lift up to 40 lbs, and demonstrate equipment use
