Experience with commercial and residential construction
Able to build window frames, doors, staircases, and frame buildings and spaces using raw materials or pre-constructed items.
Ability to read floor plans, architectural and engineered drawings, and sketches and to fully grasp building and code requirements
Accuracy taking measurements and calculating the size and amount of material needed for a project.
Skilled in use of all tools necessary to cut, shape and smooth lumber and other material (e.g. fiberglass) according to measurements.
Skills needed to lay or install flooring, roofing, drywall, cabinets, doors, and windows ensuring they are level, plumb, and installed with minimal waste
Expert eye for quality craftsmanship and quality
Must have your own hand tools and reliable, consistent transportation
OSHA 10 (or higher) and RRP Certification a plus
