What You'll Do
As a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll help patients improve communication, cognition, and swallowing while promoting safety, confidence, and independence at home.
Responsibilities include:
- Completing speech and swallowing evaluations
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Treating communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Educating patients and caregivers
- Collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Completing timely documentation

What We're Looking For
- Current Texas SLP license
- Home Health experience preferred
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
- CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
