Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Short Order Cooks to join our team. This is a mix of fast and slower-paced atmosphere serving golfers and members in a fun, team-oriented environment. We don't run as a typical restaurant and hours are based on weather and number of players on the course. Set hours are not always given.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook short-order menu items quickly and accurately
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Keep kitchen and prep areas clean and organized
- Work efficiently during peak hours
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Serve beer and make liquor drinks
- Take orders and payments from customers
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older - to serve alcohol
- Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred but not required
- Bar experience not required - willing to teach
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
