Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated CSAC - SUPERVISEE to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this role, you will provide essential support in delivering high-quality mental health and substance use disorder services under supervision. You will engage with clients across diverse settings, including home, community, and clinical environments, to promote recovery and well-being. Duties
- Assist in conducting comprehensive patient assessments, including intake evaluations and diagnostic screenings using medical terminology and ICD coding standards.
- Support the delivery of individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.
- Participate in crisis management by intervening effectively during mental health or substance use emergencies, ensuring client safety and appropriate follow-up.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address co-occurring disorders, neurodevelopmental disabilities, or developmental disabilities.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality of patient records.
- Assist with case management activities including patient care coordination, family involvement, and community outreach efforts.
- Support behavioral health initiatives by collecting data for clinical research, research projects, or quality improvement efforts while adhering to CPT coding standards.
Experience
- Prior experience working with children, adolescents, or families in mental health or behavioral health settings is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and crisis management protocols.
- Experience with home & community care services or hospital environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for medical records management and documentation is required.
- Proven ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Supervision experience or training in managing clinical caseloads is a plus.
- Knowledge of addiction counseling principles, behavioral management strategies, and working with individuals with substance use disorders is advantageous.

Pay: $31.22 - $37.60 per hour
