As a F45 Trainer, you will lead the operation and management of a dynamic fitness facility, creating an inspiring environment that promotes health, wellness, and community engagement. Your role is to oversee daily activities, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive the business toward sustainable growth. Duties
- Oversee daily gym operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments
- Lead and develop a motivated team of fitness professionals, customer service staff, and management personnel
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and cash handling to meet business goals
- Coordinate events management including fitness classes, competitions, health fairs, and community outreach programs
- Maintain facilities management standards, ensuring equipment safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations
- Implement guest services strategies to enhance member satisfaction and retention
- Conduct water safety instruction sessions and oversee emergency preparedness protocols such as CPR and AED operation
Requirements
- Proven experience in management within a fitness or hospitality environment; resort or event venue experience is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams effectively
- Excellent managerial communication skills for clear direction and staff engagement
- Knowledge of operational management including budget oversight, facilities maintenance, and event planning
- Certifications in CPT, first aid, CPR, AED operation, water safety instruction preferred
- Demonstrated ability in sales, customer service excellence, and guest relations
- Experience in events management and hospitality management to create engaging member experiences
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage financial records efficiently
