Providers seeing 20 patients per week on a hybrid schedule typically earn in the range of $200,000–$250,000 annually. Your rate — up to $296/hour — depends on session type, with initial evaluations and medication management visits compensated accordingly. You set your hours and caseload; we ensure you get paid reliably and on time.

This is a 1099 position, which means you run your own practice — on your terms. SonderMind handles the infrastructure (credentialing, billing, patient matching) so you can focus on building a caseload that fits your life.
- See patients in-person, via telehealth, or a mix of both — your call
- You are responsible for securing your own office space for in-person visits
- To ensure patient continuity and practice stability, we look for providers who can commit at least two days (16+ hours) per week
