Pickleball Programming Coordinator — Bay Padel San Francisco

Bay Padel is seeking a highly motivated Pickleball Programming Coordinator for our San Francisco locations (Dogpatch and Treasure Island). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and is passionate about building a pickleball program that excels in growing community and elevating the player experience.
Club Programming (Pickleball)
- Design, implement, and evolve pickleball programs, tournaments, and leagues for various demographics and skill levels.
- Organize and host in-house and sanctioned pickleball tournaments.
- Optimize scheduling of clinics, open plays, and special events.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for supplemental programming.
- Coordinate pickleball related events
Coach Management (Pickleball)
- Recruit, onboard, and schedule pickleball coaches.
- Provide coaching support, including class planning and sales training.
- Coordinate certification and continuing education opportunities for coaches.
Academy & Curriculum Development (Pickleball)
- Develop and maintain a structured pickleball academy model for Bay Padel
- Create manuals/guides for all programs and ensure alignment with coaching team.
- Standardize technical and tactical curriculum for consistent instruction.
Player Relationship & Program Growth
- Manage and enforce player-level rating guidelines and assessments.
- Build strong relationships with members and regular players to foster community and increase program participation.
- Ensure visibility and engagement during large events and tournaments.
Institutional & Community Relations (Pickleball)
- Maintain and grow relationships with external pickleball organizations and clubs.
- Represent the club at relevant events and coordinate joint programming where applicable.
