Overview
We are looking for someone who is organized and reliable in the office and also comfortable on camera as a friendly face of our company. If you speak English plus Russian, are authorized to work in the U.S., and are open to relocating to Cincinnati, we would like to hear from you. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
This is Entry level position. We highly encourage recent graduates and University students to apply.
Duties:
Office and coordination (about half the role)
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls in English and Russian or Uzbek
- Enter, update, and maintain data and records accurately
- Prepare, organize, and file company documents
- Support the team with day-to-day office and operational tasks
Content and video (about half the role)
- Film short videos with our drivers
- Appear on camera as an on-screen presence in recruiting and social media content
- Help capture and organize footage for the company's channels
Experience
- Fluent in English and Russian or Uzbek (spoken and written)
- Authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizen, green card holder, or valid work authorization such as OPT)
- Comfortable being on camera and willing to film video
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks (email, spreadsheets, data entry)
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to work full-time, on-site in Cincinnati
- Open to relocation (assistance provided)
