Job Description:
Area Managers play a meaningful role in our overall success of supporting our clients in a respective area/market. This includes; growth of business, new business, communications, proactive approach, relationship building, mission focused, and team building within local teams to ensure concierge service and support.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
New Business
Cultivating existing business and growth strategies
Supporting all strategic initiatives
Leveraging relationships to truly build the area.
Motivate staff to be growth focused, manage clients with exemplary fill rates, service, and best practice.
Know your numbers at your clients, be proactive on needs and good decision making
Continuous improvement focused.
Relationship building.
Operational proficiency to understand pain points of existing or new clients
Forecasting recruiting needs
Reporting and measurement
Ensures understanding of ATS, timekeeping systems, leveraging support.
Assists with employee engagement activities
P&L, budgets, expenses, and overall ownership/accountability to team
Strong technical acumen with MS Office, Google Sheets, TempWorks or ATS systems, ability to adapt to our proprietary Workforce Planning App etc.
First-day check-ins and onboarding as need to support the local teams.
Travel to accounts within market for go and see’s, MBR, QBR, YBR and to support problem solving or escalations.
Communicates needs to Regional Manager for support.
Dispatches employees to the assignment in conjunction with local teams.
Sets goals for local teams.
Sends and receives confirmation calls to employees
Updating employee records and documentation
Uses multiple technology sources throughout the workday
Hold ongoing communication sessions, huddles, etc. with local teams.
Brand building for the company within the community.
Experience and Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of progressive staffing experience.
· Team management and leadership experience.
· Lives in the local market (with presence)
· Proven growth and sales abilities.
Strong technical proficiency
Hunger for growth professionally and for the team
· 3-5 years of experience in relationship building.
· Light industrial or equivalent staffing experience.
· Ability to do local travel as needed for location.
· Office, remote, and travel schedule.
