This is more than a landscaping position. While landscape maintenance is our primary service, we're building a complete property services company that helps homeowners maintain and improve their homes and properties year-round.
This is a full-time position with regular Monday-Friday hours, a supportive work environment, and opportunities to earn bonuses based on performance, reliability, customer satisfaction, and contribution to the company's growth.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader or Foreman
- Strong knowledge of residential landscape maintenance
- Basic irrigation troubleshooting and repair experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lead and train crew members
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in Nevada weather
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to use a smartphone for communication and job tracking
Responsibilities
- Lead residential landscape maintenance routes
- Ensure all properties are serviced to company standards
- Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems
- Maintain company equipment and report repairs promptly
- Keep truck, trailer, and equipment clean, organized, and professional
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Complete job notes and updates in our CRM after each stop
- Communicate effectively through phone calls, text messages, and in-person conversations
- Assist with power washing and/or trash-out services
- Perform simple residential maintenance tasks such as replacing air filters and other preventative maintenance services
- Distribute marketing materials and flyers when needed
- Identify issues at customer properties and communicate opportunities for additional services
- Follow company safety procedures and represent the company professionally at all times
