Maintenance Supervisor needed for a Class B Boutique Style community located in the Katy area of Houston!
Responsibilities for these positions include oversight of the maintenance department to include completion of incoming service requests, maintaining an effective preventative maintenance program, the procuring of supplies material and equipment within budgetary guidelines, coordination of life safety and security programs in compliance with federal and state laws, regulations and local ordinances in addition to maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable community.
Must possess AC Certification Type I and II, have a valid drivers license. EMT and CPO certification highly desired but not required.
