We're expanding our Philadelphia market and seeking motivated professionals who enjoy building relationships, working independently, and driving business growth.
This field-based role is responsible for developing partnerships with local businesses and expanding revenue-generating programs throughout the region. What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a designated territory throughout the Philadelphia region (approximately 150–200-mile radius)
- Meet with local business owners and decision-makers through in-person outreach
- Identify opportunities and present revenue-generating solutions, including vending, coin-operated, and point-of-sale programs
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Work a combination of company-provided leads and self-generated prospecting efforts
- Track sales activity, follow-ups, and pipeline management through CRM systems
- Expand territory coverage and consistently secure new business opportunities
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $40,000–$60,000
- Uncapped commission and performance-based earnings

What We're Looking For
- Comfortable engaging business owners and building professional relationships
- Experience in outside sales, field marketing, canvassing, route-based services, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
- Able to work independently and maintain consistent activity levels
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance-based compensation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
