We are a swimming pool company that has been in business for over 20 years. CM Custom Pool Designs is seeking an experienced, driven swimming pool sales and designer to join our team. The position is commission based with in-office and in-field time required. We offer an amazing commission structure, year-end bonus opportunities, and other incentive programs for the motivated individual seeking a lucrative career in swimming pools, spa, and outdoor kitchen sales.
What you would do:
- Conduct “Design Consultation” where the salesperson meets with customers and explains the features and merits of pool ownership.
- After assessing customer needs and expectations, designs and recommends a backyard pool utilizing professional pool design software.
- Conducts immediate and scheduled follow up appointments.
- Conduct “Design Presentation” where the salesperson presents Company, provides differentiation and explains the process of building a pool to customers using presentation resources in office.
- Provide a completed contract packet to the business manager
- Provide a completed permit package to the municipality
- Build referral relationships.
- Create and maintain change orders for customers.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
