6:00 AM – 2:30 PM OR 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
What You'll Do:
- Operate wire-coiling machinery to produce transformer coils
- Read and interpret winding sheets, drawings, sketches, and job specifications
- Set up and operate winding lathes, punches, brakes, slitters, and shears
- Cut, strip, and bend wire leads using hand tools
- Load materials and components onto winding equipment
- Record production data and maintain accurate documentation
- Inspect and test components using measuring devices to ensure quality standards
- Apply insulation, adhesives, and other materials to electrical components
- Operare punch press machine and assist with layouts
- Assist with component baking and finishing processes
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read a ruler and tape measure accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
