Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Group Lead Operator to join their team. As a Group Lead Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the hardware installation process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Group Lead Operator
Location: Methuen, MA
Pay Range: $21 to $25 upon experience
Shift: 6:30am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
- Lead by example, coach, and manage production employees to ensure efficient workflow.
- Promote and maintain a safe workplace environment for all team members.
- Ensure quality standards and customer requirements are consistently met.
- Inspect operators' work throughout the hardware process to maintain high quality.
- Monitor production schedules and help meet daily goals effectively.
What's Needed?
- Manufacturing experience required, with familiarity in hardware installation processes a plus.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Print reading experience is essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop team members.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
