At Ēgo Medical Aesthetics Bar, we don't believe in chasing trends—we believe in creating exceptional patient outcomes through education, artistry, and long-term treatment planning.
We're looking for an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector who is passionate about facial aesthetics, patient relationships, and delivering natural, beautiful results.
This is not a "clock in and inject" position.
Our providers are consultants, educators, artists, and closers. Every patient receives a customized treatment plan designed around skin quality, facial balance, aging prevention, and long-term maintenance.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations
- Develop customized treatment plans
- Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and regenerative treatments
- Educate patients on all available treatment options
- Build long-term patient relationships
- Convert consultations into treatment plans and memberships
- Maintain exceptional charting and patient follow-up
- Collaborate with our experienced clinical team to provide outstanding patient care
Qualifications
- Current Arizona RN, NP, or PA license
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience (required)
- Strong consultation and communication skills
- Proven ability to recommend comprehensive treatment plans
- Confidence performing full-face assessments
- Positive attitude with a team-first mentality
- Professional appearance and exceptional customer service
- Sales confidence with a consultative—not pushy—approach
Applicants without two years of aesthetic injecting experience will not be considered.

Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays
Clinic Hours:
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
