About the Role:
The Concierge Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service. The Concierge Specialist will work with our rental and service departments to valet and shuttle vehicles and customers throughout South Carolina, often multiple trips throughout the day.
Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in a customer service.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:

Valet customers as needed.

Shuttle customers as needed.

Vacuum and maintain cleanliness of vehicles.

Move vehicles on the lot as needed.

Work with service and rental departments.
Skills:
The Concierge Specialist utilizes strong communication skills daily to interact effectively with guests, understanding their needs and providing clear, helpful information. Organizational skills are essential for managing multiple requests simultaneously and coordinating with various service providers to ensure timely delivery. Excellent driving and directional skills are required.
