Duties
- Coordinate and oversee volunteer management initiatives, ensuring effective engagement and retention of volunteers across various programs.
- Lead campus recruitment efforts by organizing events, conducting interviews, and promoting opportunities through social media management.
- Facilitate training and development sessions to empower volunteers and staff with essential skills for social work projects.
- Utilize Salesforce and Raiser's Edge platforms to track volunteer data, manage donor relationships, and streamline communication processes.
- Deliver compelling public speaking engagements to promote our mission, motivate teams, and represent the organization at community events.
- Supervise team members, providing guidance, feedback, and leadership to foster a collaborative environment focused on social impact.
- Manage social media channels to raise awareness about ongoing projects, share success stories, and engage a broader audience in our initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supervising teams or managing volunteer programs with a passion for social work.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Raiser's Edge for data management and outreach activities.
- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to inspire diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated success in campus recruitment, training & development, or related fields.
- Skilled in social media management to effectively communicate organizational goals and achievements.
- Leadership qualities with experience in managing projects or teams within social or community service settings.

Pay: $12.50 - $15.50 per hour
