We are seeking a compassionate and dependable individual to provide personal care and supportive daily living assistance in a home-based setting. The ideal candidate will help promote comfort, safety, and independence while delivering respectful, high-quality care.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting as needed
- Support mobility and transfers while following safe handling practices
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and general household organization
- Help with medication reminders and routine daily activities according to care guidelines
- Observe and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to the appropriate supervisor or care team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for the individual receiving care
- Follow care plans, agency policies, and all applicable privacy and safety requirements
- Previous experience in home care, personal care, or a related support role is preferred
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered assistance
- Strong communication skills and a respectful, professional approach
- Ability to follow instructions, care plans, and safety procedures
- Dependability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Physical ability to assist with common care-related tasks
- Relevant certification, training, or licensure may be required based on assignment and local regulations
