Training: Remote during the first month only, beginning the week of August 10, 2026

About the Opportunity
We have a contract opportunity with our client for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support a growing talent acquisition team by proactively identifying and engaging top talent for current and future hiring needs. In this role, you'll partner closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to develop robust candidate pipelines, execute innovative sourcing strategies, and strengthen employer branding across multiple geographic markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain pipelines of highly qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to understand position requirements and sourcing priorities.
- Research labor markets, talent availability, competitor hiring trends, and sourcing strategies.
- Develop creative sourcing campaigns using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and other recruiting tools.
- Identify, engage, and qualify passive candidates across multiple geographic regions.
- Promote a consistent and engaging employer brand throughout the candidate experience.
- Participate in strategic recruiting initiatives, including military hiring programs, employee resource groups, and other diversity sourcing efforts.
- Analyze sourcing metrics and recruiting data to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness.
- Build relationships with colleges, universities, technical schools, and community organizations to develop talent pipelines.
- Coordinate and attend career fairs, networking events, and recruiting functions.
- Present qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Specialists for further consideration.
- Stay current on recruiting best practices, labor market trends, and sourcing technologies through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of corporate recruiting experience, with a focus on sourcing professional and exempt-level talent.
- At least 3 years of experience using applicant tracking systems and online recruiting tools.
- Experience sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and similar recruiting technologies.
- Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and talent market research.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred
- Experience using Workday Recruiting.
- Experience supporting workforce planning and proactive talent pipeline development.
- Experience participating in military recruiting, diversity recruiting, campus recruiting, or community outreach initiatives.

Work Environment
- Remote training during the first month beginning the week of August 10, 2026
- Effective September 14, 2026: This position will transition to a fully onsite Monday–Friday schedule
- Occasional travel (up to 10%) for recruiting events, career fairs, and networking opportunities
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
