Responsibilities
- Manage legal case files using document management systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Conduct thorough document review and proofreading to maintain high-quality legal documentation
- Perform client interviews and gather pertinent information to build strong case files
- Coordinate with external parties including insurance companies, medical providers, and witnesses to facilitate case progress
- Maintain organized records of all case activities, records and correspondence.
Experience
- Previous experience working in a Personal Injury law office
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects efficiently with excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with personal injury law
- Exceptional writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Excellent phone etiquette combined with professional clerical skills such as data entry, filing, transcription, and document review
