Beyond the Label
The mission of Beyond the Label is to be a family’s first resource when their child is diagnosed. By providing evidenced-based ABA treatment, we aim to focus on the individual’s strengths and challenges to move beyond the child’s label. We see beyond these labels to shape our treatment approach.
Job Summary
Provides intensive 1:1 behavioral treatment and intervention services to patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other Developmental Delays under the direction of a behavior consultant. Must assume RBT status, may be provided by Beyond the Label. Experience reimbursed and training provided
Responsibilities and Duties
- Implement ABA treatment in a 1:1 format with assigned patient(s) on the Autism spectrum
- Accurately and completely fill out all data sheets pertaining to assigned patient(s)’s program(s)
- Brief parent(s) on patient’s degrees of progress, areas targeting, and program details at least once a week
- Attend trainings
- This is NOT a clerical or customer service position
Qualifications and Skills * Previously acquired or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Education, or related and/or approved field and assume and obtain and maintain RBT status (company will provide this)
- Experience not required, but preferred
