Encinos Signs is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Sign Assembler to join our production team. This position is responsible for assembling a variety of custom signs and sign components in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, follows instructions well, and takes pride in producing quality work.
Responsibilities
- Assemble sign components according to work orders and drawings
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
- Assist with drilling, fastening, wiring, and final sign assembly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
- Assist other production team members as needed
Qualifications
- Prior manufacturing, assembly, sign shop, construction, or related experience preferred but not required
- Ability to read measurements accurately
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
